Refund Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. We accept both defective and non-defective goods, including a change of mind, a different preference, or an incorrect selection. Eligible merchandise must be new, unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by its original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Damaged or defective items, an incorrect item, missing parts, and a material difference from the description can also be reported. Include your order number, checkout email, and an explanation. Photographs or video of the goods and packaging are required for damage, defects, incorrect deliveries, or missing parts.

Contact us for authorization before sending anything back. Returns are made by mail. A free return label is included in the parcel, and there is no restocking fee. If the label cannot be found or used, ask us for assistance before arranging your own shipment.

An exchange depends on available stock. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and are processed within 10 days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.
