What can I shop for? Our range consists of portable rocking chairs, beach chairs, stadium seating, stationary outdoor chairs, portable shade products, outdoor kitchen stations, portable tables, outdoor seating accessories, and product bundles; the individual product listing provides the options and specifications.
Is delivery free, and when should it arrive? Any free shipping must be confirmed at checkout. Normal processing takes about 1–2 business days; the estimated delivery transit is 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delays can occur, so these periods are not guarantees.
Can I change my mind or exchange a mistaken choice? Yes. Request a mail return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for defective or non-defective goods. Non-defective items must be new and unused, with their original condition, packaging, tags, and accessories preserved. Wait for authorization before mailing the return. The return label included in your package is free, and there is no restocking fee. Exchanges are subject to stock.
What if something is damaged, defective, wrong, or missing? Send the order number, checkout email, a description, and photographs or video of the item and packaging so we can review the problem.
When is a refund issued? A refund is processed to the original payment method within 10 days after approval; bank posting times can differ.
How can I pay? Only the payment options currently enabled and displayed during checkout are available. If checkout does not offer a usable option, contact us before trying again; this page does not promise an unlisted payment method.
